How-to tip

Be aware of grade changes and slopes near the perimeter of the home when considering a wrap-around deck, as it will still be best to reduce or eliminate the use of stairs to reach ground level on each side for ease of mobility. Using low maintenance decking materials (such as composites) will eliminate splintering as well as the need for painting or staining.
